Application:
PVPIodine is used as local antiseptic for skin and appliance in surgical scrubs and injection, and as a good remedy for infection. It also works as microbicide for kitchen utensils in family. In addition, it acts as good microbicide in food industry, breed aquatics industry and animal disease prevention. Povidone-iodine has become the first-selected iodine-containing disinfector for medical treatment, sanitation and epidemic prevention in developed countries. It was embraced by 《China Pharmacopoeia》2000 edition and USP 26th.
